High Density Black Masterbatch 

1. The Introduction the Product 

      black masterbat called E051, which is made up of imported resin, high quality carbon black, dispersant and lubricant processed by banbury mixer. 

     The black masterbatch which contains 50% carbon black, has a high carbon black content , strong power of color , good dispersion, good heat resistance  good ultraviolet ray shield , innoxious, tasteless. 

     It  is  widely used in the production of plastic film, antseepage film , milk film, water supply pipe ,cable  pipe and also in the film  blowing, injection molding, wire drawing, sheet material and sparkle which are mostly based 

on PE, PP, ABS, PS AND EVA. 

     it has been detected by SGS, according with the European standard. It has been popularized by the National Field Plastic Film Panel in the ninth five-year plan.

    The Degree of color:100-105%
